Jasmine grew up in the Central Valley of California, in a small farm town called Turlock. She attended the University of California, Irvine where she competed on the NCAA Division-1 soccer team. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued her passion for law and earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2019.
